Replacement & Refund
You may got refund/replacement, once the product are received damaged. Hereafter the complaint must be raised through email or call within 7 days of shipment received & we need for proof of purchase, picture/video of the damaged product.

We should need mentioned below documents to regarding complaint to damage:-

  1. Provide document proofs within 7 days of the product received
  2. Unboxing video
  3. Submit the Proof of what are the product you received and missing
  4. Please give outer package image, this image should be visible on AWB number

Refund / Replacement will be processed within 2-5 business days from the date of complaint…
